TriMet routes of interest

Note that three different TriMet buses stop right in front of the Montgomery Park facility:  #15 NW 23rd Ave, the #17 NW 21st Ave, and the #77 Broadway/Halsey.   (Note that not all #15 buses go all the way to Montgomery Park - please read the bus schedule carefully.)  TriMet also provides real-time GPS tracking of its buses and trains; you can call to check the arrival time of any bus by calling 503-238-RIDE and pressing '1' and then following instructions; stopID numbers are listed on most city bus signposts (you can also check arrivals online).

The #15 NW 23rd Ave is closest bus to the Ace Hotel; the stop is at SW 9th and Washington.  The #17 NW 21st Ave runs through downtown Portland up NW/SW 4th Avenue closer to the Willamette River.   The #77 runs through NE Portland past the Oregon Convention Center area (many hotels) and the Rose Garden Arena as well as Portland's Union Station (Amtrak, Greyhound Bus Terminal) and then through Portland's popular Pearl District.  If you are arriving in Oregon via Portland International Airport, you can take the MAX Red Line train from the airport to Rose Quarter Transit Center and transfer there to the #77 to Montgomery Park.
